Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

autoconf/bacula-macros/db.m4 looks for libmysqlclient_r.so in
various directories, but never in the multi-arch installation
directory.  As a result, it doesn't link libacsql properly and
the various executables then fail to link:
