When I run backupninja -t <some rsync config>, I see in the debug output:

  Debug: Connected to <host> successfully
  sed: can't read s/^/--exclude='/g: No such file or directory

Maybe I applied the patch wrong or don't have the most up-to-date rsync
handler (which I am holding off due to the touch behaviour).
