Hi tdiary package maintainer,

I've upgraded tdiary from 3.0 to 3.1.3-1, and it doesn't work correctly.
Upstream author pointed it out (thanks!) because it cannot found
 "plugin/00default.rb" or something.

Yes, tdiary package in unstable doesn't have 00default.rb.
 And how about old package?
