The only difference was that there is Misc/Portable.h.in rather than Portable.h that the patch is supposed to modify, as I explained in my previous mail.
Please do not expect that GIT code will remain stable and all patches will apply clean to it. I'm doing many changes in GIT repo and maintaining compatibility with existing patches is not a priority. Having said that, I will look ad the issues as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I'm currently at the ENOG conference in Odessa and only have my Mac with me, so Linux compilation is currently tricky for me.
