In the imlib11-dev i386 package version 1.9.14-20 which I just redownloaded, the preinst still has a mention of a diversion of imlib-config. I can reproduce this using an up-to-date pbuilder chroot: pbuilder login apt-get install imlib11-dev which imlib-config which imlib-config.distrib And the lack of buildd failures just means that this bug didn't exist at the last times those packages were built. I just retried a pbuilder build of amsn, with the same results as before: ... checking for imlib-config... no checking for IMLIB - version >= 1.8.2... no *** The imlib-config script installed by IMLIB could not be found *** If IMLIB was installed in PREFIX, make sure PREFIX/bin is in *** your path, or set the IMLIB_CONFIG environment variable to the *** full path to imlib-config.
