Hi,
   I would like to see this patch included in Debian. I'll be glad to help you
out in any way that I can. You are correct that I am still using a slightly
modified version of the main DHCP packaging.
   I tried to get this patch merged into the main ISC source tree but it wasn't
approved. They told me that they are going to add hooks into the DHCP server so
that patches like mine can be merged into the mainline source tree. This will
also allow for modules that will read their configuration out of a MySQL
database. Realisticly I think it'll be quite a while before this is all done. I
believe they are going to start working on this when the 3.1.0 beta is released.
