Package: libssh2-1-dev Version: 1.4.2-1 Severity: important -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
Hi! Since 1.4.2, it is not possible to compile a program depending on libssh2 if it uses pkg-config and the associated autoconf macro. Here is the error message: configure: error: Package requirements (libssh2 >= 1.2.5) were not met: Package libgcrypt was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libgcrypt.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable Package 'libgcrypt', required by 'libssh2', not found Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you installed software in a non-standard prefix. Alternatively, you may set the environment variables SSH2_CFLAGS and SSH2_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for more details. It seems that libgcrypt11-dev does not come with a ".pc" file. - -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (101, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.utf8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libssh2-1-dev depends on: ii libssh2-1 1.4.2-1 libssh2-1-dev recommends no packages. libssh2-1-dev suggests no packages. - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAk/LO2oACgkQKFvXofIqeU4vIACeMcX9l1nCaHjdU3YkIHmmNtbt 5IcAnRmttyUVEoak0yjoRx2FlicJ6FYG =cGwb -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
