This appears to be colord-sane identifying the presence of a new USB
device and trying to probe to see if it's a USB scanner. colord-sane
deliberately doesn't have permission to do this for arbitrary USB
devices, just things that we identify as scanners.

This (should be) is harmless, but it could be silenced. Probably by only
attempting to probe devices udev knows to be scanners.
