Here is a patch correcting minor typos in /etc/init.d/autos.
Well. these are not typos, these were old attempts to
internationalize the messages initscript produces:
> - log_action_begin_msg $"Stopping $prog: "
> + log_action_begin_msg "Stopping $prog"
The construct $"" tells shell to lookup the string in
question in a intl. messages database and display
localized version if found.
The script is almost completely rewritten in the
current git version, I plan to upload it soon.
