You have to wait 30 seconds otherwise you get a cached copy.

So what is it, Stable or Testing or Unstable? The package versions of
the dependencies look like an unfinished mixture, mostly Testing.

I wonder why there are no config files attached... and also no logs
although reportbug would have told you to send some... all that assuming
that the report was written on the machine running apt-cacher-ng 0.7.6.

So was this the case or is the report incorrect or incomplete?
