Hi,

You're right of course.  It's just the way upstream inherited it from
Intel.  Threadutil is only a wrapper for $THREADLIB anyway and libixml
has turned out not to be used elsewhere.  Perhaps a quick solution would
be to bump them all in step ...

I apologise for the breakage in this transition which I missed in planning
it, but libupnp3 is now no longer in testing and squeeze->wheezy should
cope with this sort of thing.
