This is not a problem. The information is just redundant, i.e. it adds
no value to the description. But this is just my opinion.

It is quite late in the release process for a QA upload. This can
prevent people from uploading your changes.

Because once the freeze is in effect only RC bug fixes are allowed in.
So the changes need to be minimal at that point. My NMU does just that.
