I think we're not talking about the same thing. Currently
«apt-listbugs» will abort an install/upgrade of a *set* of packages if
one of them has a RC bug. I'm proposing for U-A to detect (via an APT
plugin or something) these RC packages and ignore them during the
upgrade like all the other packages that are ignored due to some
conditions.
