I tempted to close this bugreport right away, but managed to not do so. Where's the kvm command line?? Please provide one. Where's the output from qemu-kvm bug script? Please provide one. The script is included in the package for a reason. Some random information (or no information at all) does not help resolving the issue. One hint: if the amount of memory you requested is not dividable by pagesize, see #677528 .
