I was overly aggressive in 985a74cd63 for 3.9.20060704+dfsg.3-5, it
seems.  I've already resurrected above line and committed the change to
git.  Thanks for spotting the regression.

Generally, please stick to one issue per ticket.  This inittab is left
over from way back when.  The template doesn't hurt, so presently I'm
still keeping it around.

I don't have said file, so I'm not sure what happened in your case.
1:3.9.20060704+dfsg.2-4 is also just the version that predates my
maintainership. Does "dpkg -S /etc/init.d/isdnutils" reveal anything?
