I prepared a NMU for dasher as it was had uninstallable binNMU [1].

The patch was taken from packaging svn, which was there but not
uploaded to unstable[2].

p.s.: As you explained in the talk today at Debconf I tried
/srv/release.debian.org/tools/scripts/d but I was not able to use
