Dear Maintainer,

The ipset command line parser has a problem with hyphen in host names.

    ipset create test hash:ip
    ipset add test www.debian.org
    ipset add test git.baby-gnu.net
    ipset v6.12.1: Syntax error: cannot resolve 'git.baby' to an IPv4 address: 
Name or service not known
    Syntax error: cannot parse git.baby: resolving to IPv4 address failed
