I'm pretty sure this is a problem of an incompatibility of sciposter and hyperref. Since hyperref is more general, I'm reassigning this to texlive-science which contains sciposter. This does not at all mean this bug will be solved by the Debian maintainers of TeXLive. This is clearly beyond what we can care for.
