No, anyone can post/read e-mails (and your e-mail client knows about
lists and sets the e-mail headers accordingly if you tell him that
debian-l10n-ger...@lists.debian.org is a mailinglist).
I will be more or less offline for some time starting probably next
Thursday, so the full review probably can be started in September or
October. I'll ping you when it I'm ready so we can coordinate a time
frame suitable for both of us.
