The dependencies should be used during the build process to generate the GTK-DOC API manual. I've heard before that it is recommended that everything that is shipped in Debian packages are built from sources to make sure that it is possible to rebuild generated files if necessary. I recall this is common for other packages with GTK-DOC manuals too. /Simon > -- > P. J.
