This change does not work with Perl on squeeze, because the included Socket.pm module does not provide IN6ADDR_ANY.
This could be a problem during distribution upgrades, so at least a dependency on some version of the perl package might be required. It will also be annoying for backporting. This could perhaps be addressed by backporting the separate libsocket-perl and making that a separate dependency.
