This package requires internet connectivity to build its manpage. Package builds should not rely on external network connectivity, but should be self-contained. It tries to fetch manpages/docbook.xsl from http://docbook.sourceforge.net/. This can be avoided by build-depending on docbook-xsl which ships that file.
