As russ says wheezy is now in freeze so there should not be any more transitions and hence there should not be any more binnmus for transitions (which represent the vast majority of binnmus).
Also DELAYED/2 for just *important* bug is quite a short
I made a judgement call and put a shorter delay than the guidelines in the developers reference stated on what I thought would be an uncontraversial upload.
I am going to do an upload, but I will fix a couple of other bugs while I am at doing that. There are couple of bugs which deserves fix for wheezy.
