Subject: prey: Prey should depend on hal for hal-find-by-property
Package: prey
Version: 0.5.3-7
Severity: important

*** Please type your report below this line ***

Prey does not depend on hal, but if hal is not installed, prey cannot
successfully send reports. Running prey without hal produces the
following output:

    root@das-boot# /usr/lib/prey/prey.sh >/var/log/prey.log

    /var/lib/prey/modules/system/platform/linux/functions: line 8:
hal-find-by-property: command not found

hal should at least be a recommends, if case that's an optional test.
However, these results (not sending reports) were achieved with a
nearly-default configuration (changing only the emails and ids).

Thanks for your time,
Nick
