Is the resulting dietlibc usable on the target? mksh on armhf (but
not armel) exposes bugs in dietlibc (and klibc).
To check: extract the source package mksh (wheezy or sid, doesn’t
matter) and build it with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=mksh-static=dietlibc
in the environment, then look whether the testsuite passes for
that. (mksh has proven to be quite the toolchain/OS stresstest.)
