I have a project called jampal that uses JLayer for playing mp3 files.
It has been distributed on Debian and Ubuntu for about 1 year and on
sourceforge for many years. Now a bug was filed against it because one
source file (huffdecode.java) has a notice that says "Not for Public
Distribution". This may cause my program to be removed from Debian and
Ubuntu. Do you have a version that does not contain this comment or
permission from the copyright holder to redistribute?

This is the comment in the source:

 * NOT for public distribution until verified and approved by the
 * MPEG/audio committee. For further information, please contact
