I was having the same problem when updating a old system. It was however solved by simply adding a few stable repositories to sources.list.
Basically it went from deb ... testing main deb ... testing/updates main to deb ... stable main deb ... testing main deb ... stable/upgrade main deb ... testing/updates main This change doubled the amount of packages that were going to get updated and there were no more conficts. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
