these days were Kodak photo CDs are close to not available any more the package does not have any real use any more. My plan (I'm also upstream) to rewrite it to handle larger sets of images using a set of rules and a Makefile-ish approach to handle these was spoiled by other Debian work. It turned out that maintenance of the package (inclusive translations) drains way more time from people than it is used by users which can be proven by the actual usage statistics http://qa.debian.org/popcon-graph.php?packages=pcd2html&show_vote=on&show_recent=on&want_legend=on&want_ticks=on&from_date=&to_date=&hlght_date=&date_fmt=%25Y-%25m&beenhere=1 which means we have more translated languages than users (probably at least two of the three use case are my own boxes). So please remove this package to stop people wasting their time on it. I'll reupload once I might have released new code which is fit for modern image collections.
