OK, so now whatever version of this package had NO complete french translation has entered testing, therefore breaking about 4 months of efforts to get French complete in testing (and ditto for Portuguese).
Is there any chance now that another upload happens in unstable fixing the French and portuguese debconf translations (#683716 and #685444)? Please notice that an NMU fixing them is already ready on my machine.
