Made some minor tweaks to the aiccu package. The only interesting one
of which was to add an ifup script in an attempt to get aiccu to
recombobulate itself on my laptop following a suspend cycle, which in
the past required a manual "invoke-rc.d aiccu restart". I also tried
to update as many obsolete warning-engendering TLS calls as I could,
and add missing return-value checking, but the right update to most
important one eluded me.
