Dear Maintainer,

/usr/share/ktoblzcheck/online_update.pl fails to find new updates:
"Sorry, no new bankdata file found. Probably none available. Exiting."

This is due to changes at the Bundesbank website. The link at which the
script checks for new files now redirects to another page that doesn't
contain any download links. The new location of the download links is
[1]. The file name pattern has also changed. For example, the file that
will be valid from today is located at [2].
