Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal

Hi,

while the new DM permission handling is a great improvement, I am missing a
public
information source about changes in maintainer handling. I do not mean the
complete DM permission lists (i.e. http://ftp-master.debian.org/dm.txt) but
permission changes becoming effective including the advocate who did.

The easiest and perfectly acceptable solution would be to send processed
*.commands
file including its GPG signature to debian-devel-changes, just like the way dak
does for
*.changes files. That would also provide comments the advocate possibly included
in his advocation command. Alternatively, I guess I could also live with the
person's fingerprint next to an individual package wo emitted that change
(although that may miss "Deny" changes which I find important, too).
