Obviously, we are duplicating packaging efforts and it doesn't make sense. David is the upstream author but also is in the maintainer list. He also knows when a release is ready to be uploaded. So, I think the best solution is wait for a new upload from him and, please David, drop me from maintainer list of Atheist (btw, same issue with python-logging-extra). cheers, Cleto.
