The current upstream release of xournal has a version number of 0.4.7, but the version in Debian sid is currently 4.7-1, which is definitely quite a jump from 0.4.6-1 (I suppose the current Debian version number was a typo?). Looks like an epoch will have to be introduced into the package's version.
