Everytime it's synchronizing with Google, it's pulling down the news
feed and all the old news feed's read status is getting overwritten
with "unread" even if the user has already read it. After that, it
pops the notification that there are 20 unread items, which isn't
true.

I've made a 1 line patch where I block liferea from setting already
received and read old news to "unread" status during synchronization
with Google. Seems to work, but I'm doing more testing.

A better patch might be to figure out why liferea thinks the feeds
from Google Reader are unread to begin with. I've triple-checked my
Google Reader feeds with google's front end and they are indeed marked
as read before liferea even pulls them.
