Given a build-system, which does not override installed python scripts
(e.g. dist-utils), i'd like the order:
python3 python3.2. python3.4
The point is that the default python3 version should be declared as
"python3" instead of python3.X and it should be in the correct order
for the shebang to be right in the final package.
FWIW, this order doesn't guarantee a correct shebang. We've learned this
the hard way: see bugs #547510, #589759.
