I forgot to add these files. Do a git pull --force. They should appear. Building works now and the unit tests are passing.
The filenames are also not the same as in master. Not sure if that is a problem.
Me neither, this whole situation puzzles me. I just applied your debian patch. I hope that's enough for you, right?
