Package: openssl
Version: 1.0.1c-4
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

The manpage for s_client claims that currently, the only supported
keywords for -starttls are "smtp", "pop3", "imap", and "ftp".
But since "xmpp" works perfectly, I suppose ther might be
even more supported protocols ?

   * What led up to the situation?
debugging ssl connections to my jabber server
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
read the manpage of s_client and thought "-starttls xmpp"
                 was not supported.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
googling, searching and trying. Realizing it actually was
supported
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Reading the manpage and knowing the capabilities
