I won't allow new non-smp/smp combinations in. Please decide which one
you want.

This is wrong, otherwise it would be identical to normal PowerPC.

You have to add similar definitions to reuse powerpc/config and
powerpc/config.powerpc-smp or so. Please see s390x as example.
