It looks like you have created the jabber/xmpp account before telepathy-gabble was installed, this means that telepathy-haze is used instead. I'm reassigning this bug to tp-haze. I would suggest you to drop your Swissjabber.ch account and recreate it now that telepathy gabble is installed.
