You seem to be reporting a bug in cups, but I'm not quite sure. You'll
have to provide quite a bit more information before anyone can help
you, though.

1) What pdf are you printing?
2) What are you using to print it?
3) Does it display properly?

[You also assigned this bug report to bugs.debian.org, which has
nothing to do with the maintenance of printing or anything else; I've
assigned it to cups, but I fear that that is probably not the right
package either. Please provide more information.]
