Ah, I found the problem: I had pinned apt to "testing" and had installed emacs-snapshot-gtk from unstable manually earlier. So I had to do "apt-get install -t unstable emacs-snapshot-gtk" rather than "apt-get upgrade" to get the right dependencies. Thanks for quick response, and sorry about the noise...
