Package: imms Version: 2.1.1-3 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
When enabling IMMS, or starting XMMS with IMMS enabled, XMMS' process uses 100% CPU and the GUI locks up. (The current song if any plays to completion.) Nothing happens if there is nothing in the playlist, but adding a song to the playlist (even if not to be played yet) causes this. Happens in the sarge and etch versions of xmms/imms as well. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable'), (100, 'testing'), (50, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.13-rt13 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages imms depends on: ii fftw3 3.0.1-11 Library for computing Fast Fourier ii libc6 2.3.5-4 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:4.0.2-2 GCC support library ii libglib1.2 1.2.10-10 The GLib library of C routines ii libglib2.0-0 2.8.3-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk1.2 1.2.10-17 The GIMP Toolkit set of widgets fo ii libpcre3 4.5-1.2sarge1 Perl 5 Compatible Regular Expressi ii libsqlite3-0 3.2.7-1 SQLite 3 shared library ii libstdc++6 4.0.2-2 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libtag1c2 1.4-1 TagLib Audio Meta-Data Library ii libx11-6 6.8.2-10 X Window System protocol client li ii libxext6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14sarge1 X Window System miscellaneous exte ii libxi6 6.8.2-10 X Window System Input extension li ii libxss1 6.8.2-10 X Screen Saver client-side library ii xlibs 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14sarge1 X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configu ii xmms 1.2.10+cvs20050809-4 Versatile X audio player ii zlib1g 1:1.2.2-4.sarge.2 compression library - runtime Versions of packages imms recommends: ii sox 12.17.7-2 A universal sound sample translato ii sqlite 2.8.16-1 command line interface for SQLite ii sqlite3 3.2.1-1 A command line interface for SQLit -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
