Thanks for pointing this out. This issue is not an RC issue though, so
I'm going to downgrade it, and clone it as a separate issue to keep
track of it.

The files in question have been sourced from here [1], and as such, have
already been relicensed under the Unicode Inc. Licence Agreement [2].
I'm going to also downgrade this, and I'll update the copyright file
with this licence in the next upload.
