Package: upstart

Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,
upstart can´t handle auto entry in /etc/network/interfaces. With this entry, it
waits long time for the network to start
without success.
allow-hotplug wlan0 is not an optin on every computer. At least this one here
(Asus notebook P53E) brings up the wlan0 only
with the auto option, not with allow-hotplug.

auto wlan0
iface wlan0 inet dhcp

My workaround: I deleted the entries and use the network-manager instead.
