I like to ask you to change the debian packaging of 0ad-data to the
following layout
0ad-data.install
binaries/data/mods usr/share/games/0ad/
0ad-data-common.install
binaries/data/config usr/share/games/0ad/
binaries/data/tools usr/share/games/0ad/

This puts the public.zip in its exclusive package which makes it
possible to supply delta-updates (0ad-data-update containing an
update.zip) and an updated 0ad-data-common package like I am doing in
the wfg/0ad.dev PPA.
Providing new testing versions with an update.zip reduces the download
size in a great way which is the main reason for this.
It would be nice to do this with the soon available Alpha 12 release.
