Package: bind9

Hello,
as probably you have already heard[1][2], D-root changed it's IPv4 on
3/1/2013. Old IPv4 will continue to work for "at least six months".
So, what's the policy on that change? Should a new package for bind with
updated db.root file uploaded to archives, or people should change
manually the IPv4?
