Package: terminator Version: 0.93-1 Severity: normal
When Gnome is switched to use the dvorak layout, terminator only respects the layout for normal characters (not control+key combinations). When control is pressed, the layout goes back to QWERTY until the control button is released. This is a show-stopper for emacs users. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.6 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages terminator depends on: ii gconf2 2.28.1-6 GNOME configuration database syste ii libgtk2.0-bin 2.20.1-2 The programs for the GTK+ graphica ii python 2.6.6-3+squeeze7 interactive high-level object-orie ii python-gobject 2.21.4+is.2.21.3-1 Python bindings for the GObject li ii python-gtk2 2.17.0-4 Python bindings for the GTK+ widge ii python-support 1.0.10 automated rebuilding support for P ii python-vte 1:0.24.3-4 Python bindings for the VTE widget Versions of packages terminator recommends: ii python-gnome2 2.28.1-1 Python bindings for the GNOME desk ii python-keybinder 0.2.2-2 registers global key bindings for ii xdg-utils 1.0.2+cvs20100307-2 desktop integration utilities from terminator suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
