Package: ircp-tray Version: 0.7.5.1-1 Severity: wishlist Dear Sir,
Thank god that you have created ircp-tray ;) No really, I am so glad that I can rely on infrared anywhere anytime. in the past, using ircp, was hack'y, time to time not working ... and so on. I can travel with my handeld, and exchange in BOTH directions with any machines having Linux. I am glad of it. No suitcase, just an handheld. However I noticed that it works better with root. As user, the use might be limited. For no troubles with it, I run ircp-tray from root. Sudo would be possible, but it would be simpler that user all permissions to irda, no? another thing, I would like to ask my crontab to sync some files with my handheld, some like at 4am. Would it be possible that ircp-tray can be piloted by bash/cli. Until now, no success with this direction at all. Only the gtk only, of course, well, and reliable.
