ftp://ftp.cesca.cat/debian/project/trace/ doesn't display any trace file from your mirror: either ftpsync is not used, or no successful sync ever happened, so no trace file has been written yet. You should check the logs of ftpsync, and configure ftpsync so that you receive mails in case of error. Rsync access no longer works.
